About the Job:

We are building something truly special at Jumeirah: a brand-new, exclusive membership program that will offers its members ‘the keys to Dubai’. The membership will operate on an invitation-only basis, with suitable members selected from our most loyal and high-spending customers and beyond. Initially, membership will be kept small, with additional members approved over time on a semi-regular basis. Via their lifestyle manager, members will have access to personalised experiences across Dubai Holding, Jumeirah and third parties in Dubai that include hospitality, wellness, dining, and entertainment. Members are entitled to bring friends and family with some benefits including guest access, but access to the lifestyle manager and most benefits are the privilege of the member only. Membership is renewed on an annual basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Executive - Memberships to join our Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for supporting the membership department with administrative duties

  • Logging and managing all enquiries from invited prospects, responding accordingly, making appointments to meet with relevant teams and to visit properties for pre-election experiences

  • Managing all applications and inputting them onto CRM system

  • Updating all member profiles in CRM and/or Sevenrooms

  • Follow up with any applicants for missing information in a timely manner

  • Keep track of how many prospects have been reached out to each month, how many are interested and how many have been converted to a member for reporting purposes

  • Responds to voicemails and answers the phone for general enquiries, pre membership and post membership queries

  • Assemble all membership welcome packs and cards in a timely manner to ensure Director of Membership receives these as soon as the member becomes active

  • Any other business as directed by the membership team

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:

  • Highly organized, methodical and diligent

  • Ability to work fluently, using initiative on best practices

  • Ability to work in fast paced environments

  • Calm and articulate telephone manner

  • Experience with dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face

  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel, and relevant CRM systems

  • Sense of humour with a positive attitude

  • CRM experience

  • Luxury hospitality experience
