Dubai Holding DHGS_Human Capital.Assistant Manager - Human Capital Systems Support (Temporary Position) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

It's a Temporary position - Less than one year

  • Lead the implementation of Tahweel in Jumeirah properties worldwide, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

  • Provide continuous support for key activities in preparation for Tahweel go-live, including gathering requirements, evaluating Key User Trainings (KUT), conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reviewing Configuration Workbooks (CWB), and performing Data Validations and Data Migration.

  • Regularly update the Areas of Responsibility (AORs), ensuring appropriate approvers are assigned according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).

  • Troubleshoot access issues stemming from incorrect or missing Data Roles/AORs and coordinate with the Tahweel Access Support team for timely resolution.

  • Serve as a liaison, providing ongoing support to DH Tahweel IT and vendors to optimize systems in alignment with business requirements.

  • Assist in executing UATs and documenting progress for periodic Oracle Fusion updates and necessary Tahweel/system enhancements based on evolving business needs.

  • Coordinate UATs with relevant teams and facilitate the confirmation of acceptance for technology enhancements requested by DHH HC Corporate and Overseas HC teams.

  • Monitor and report system usage based on established metrics, highlight key observations, and engage in improvement projects to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

  • Oversee the implementation of new and revised policies and procedures within the system.

  • Document audit outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide consistent support to the Manager - HC Systems in managing, developing, and troubleshooting HC technology systems

  • Oversee the management of Workforce Structures on a global scale by creating and updating departments, jobs, positions, locations, and any subsequent modifications.

  • Coordinate with the HC team to gather data requirements for new Legal Entities and Business Units, and provide this information to the Tahweel HCM Support team.

  • Conduct mass uploads for new hires, leavers, and bulk employee master data, including Assignment changes, Passport, Visa, EID, OHC, etc., ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide continuous support for updating data in the system when HC team members or employees encounter system or governance-related challenges that prevent them from making updates themselves.

  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and protection regulations across all operations within DH, facilitating compliance and safeguarding sensitive information.

  • Conduct monthly and periodic reviews to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
