About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join the Concierge team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab- Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Monitoring/managing the concierge inbox and any overflowing inquiries to the team including inquiries via E-Concierge/E-Butler.

  • To support the Head Concierge and department in all administrative responsibilities related to operations, suppliers, trainings and payroll.

  • To ensure that all guest requests, requirements and complaints are attended to promptly and acted in the correct manner.

  • To have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge about the activities in and around town and to establish business contacts for follow up on guest requests.

  • To ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the guest services and information services.

  • To forward mail as requested by the guests and maintain a record.

  • To handle unclaimed mail and arrange to have it returned periodically.

  • To assist in any financial matter as directed by the Head Concierge/ Concierge Manager

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel

  • Attention to details

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone
