Hilton Commercial & Finance Coordinator – SSSO & Club Royale in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a Commercial & Finance Coordinator – SSSO & Club Royale will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial and commercial operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial principles and commercial practices.

What will I be doing?

  • Meet month-end deadlines and post invoices and expense accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton policies.
  • Track department budget and expenditures.
  • Prepare and process payroll, records, and reports.
  • Allocate monthly SSSO costs to multiple UAE hotels and bill them.
  • Allocate monthly Club Royale costs to multiple Arabian Peninsula hotels.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
  • Perform administrative tasks like data entry, invoicing, and client communication.
  • Track all payments and expenditures, including payroll and invoices.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and system reports.
  • Maintain historical records.
  • Prepare account analysis and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate vendor and third-party communications.
  • Reconcile balance sheets for SSSO and Club Royale accounts.

  • Accounting: Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Compliance: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation and reporting.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment and coordinating with various departments.
