A Cluster Revenue Executive - F&B Focus analyses and presents financial data that will help the hotel to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Revenue Executive - F&B Focus, the primary purpose is to drive F&B revenue across all revenue streams through strategic actions and data analysis. This is accomplished by managing and maintaining historical data, analysing trends by day of week and special events, tracking & providing insights on promotions & special offers, optimizing table management, monitoring and adjusting sales & pricing strategies, analyse demand factors, forecasting, competitive analysis and maintaining data integrity:

• Strategic planning through the use of analysis and reports.
• Ensure yield exemptions are investigated & analyzed and new business opportunities identified
• Analyze production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to Sales & CD
• Develop new tools, methods, or trends to maximize revenue
• Prepare three-month outlook on a daily basis and monitor actual versus forecast for plan achievement
• Complete and analyze the month end reports
• Prepare and analyze all appropriate reports to present at the weekly meeting
• Prepare and present at weekly availability meeting an outline of risks and opportunities relative to F&B outlets and meeting rooms
• Record and analyze all refused, lost, cancelled and waitlist business for C&E. Propose and implement changes to maximize Revenue
• Analyze and supply data to the Director of Revenue to assist in the preparation of the annual plan and rate reviews
