About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to join Business Excellence in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Analyze guest feedback to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues.
Utilize statistical tools and software for in-depth analysis and reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings to senior management.
Highlight key areas of concern and recommend actionable solutions
Provide regular updates on guest satisfaction metrics and trends
Review and assess existing SOPs for various departments to ensure they align with guest feedback and quality standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of new SOPs based on feedback analysis.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Establish and maintain an effective feedback loop with various departments to ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs focused on enhancing guest satisfaction and service quality.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related major
Experience in a quality assurance or guest experience role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully analyzing guest feedback and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
