About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Administrator to join our team in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the F&B Department.

  • Assist with preparation of department reports, presentations, and analysis.

  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for store supplies and orders.

  • Ensure department processes align with Jumeirah standards and requirements.

  • Track budgets, expenditures, and project statuses.

  • Develop and implement administrative systems to improve productivity.

  • Maintains attendance records, assists in payroll support activities, and provides administrative support for performance reviews and other status changes.

  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, forms, keys, tools, and all related equipment.

  • Handle employee inquiries, internal emails, and complaints.

  • Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or a standalone restaurant, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

  • Proficiency in English is required, ideally complemented by proficiency with a second language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German or Greek).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High working proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel sheets.
