Position Summary:
You are a problem-solver at heart. You attack complex problems with techniques rooted in statistics and logic and have a comfort translating technical analytics problems into simple business solutions.
You have a experience working as a consultant, either in management consulting or in industry and are familiar with decision science techniques with managing data product design and build.
You understand key drivers of business value and being able to translate into business opportunities and frame them as analytical problems e.g., how to the grow business
You have a strong understanding of data engineering and/or visualization tools with experience in designing visual data including dashboards with a focus on storytelling.
Required Qualifications:
3+ yrs of finance based business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact
2+ yrs experience programming using SQL or Python
2+ yrs experience developing with Tableau, ThoughtSpot or PowerBI, with an understanding of data storytelling
Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiar with GenAI concepts, tools and landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ yrs experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies
Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
Front store, healthcare or pharmacy retail sector experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s in Business, Economics or Engineering preferred or equal years of working experience may be considered
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
