Cargill FSQR Fabrication Technician in Dodge City, Kansas

Shift(s) Available: 2nd

Compensation: $22.70/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform pre-operational inspections

  • Audit product and processes for specification compliance

  • Sample and test product as required

  • Perform operational SSOP audits

  • Support Production as a specification resource

  • Perform HACCP related SOPs as required

  • Various other duties as assigned by FSQR Supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to work in a cold environment (<32ºF to -35ºF)

  • Ability to handle meat products

  • Ability to work flexible hours (come in early, stay late and work Saturdays/Sundays as needed)

  • Must read, speak and write in English

  • Previous FSQR experience or Supervisor Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work history in the past 12 months
