Trane is hiring a LCU Inside Sales Specialist for our Midwest area- Des Moines, Iowa

Where is the work:

Hybrid: (updated 6/21/2024)

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.   

*What you will do:  *

  • Functions as an inside sales representative and liaison between customers and the Regional Sales Office. Areas covered will include Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South/North Dakota

  • Facilitate and build relationships with key customer contacts while assisting Trane sales teams for specific opportunity development

  • Provide quotations to customer on behalf of Account Managers, placing orders, sourcing equipment, and facilitation of shipping logistics

  • Develop good working relationships with existing and new external customers while building strong internal relationships with the outside sales team

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Stellar computer skills, with the ability to navigate through multiple programs and systems quickly

  • Task oriented with high attention to detail

Base Pay Range: $

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
