Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Change Management and Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with business partners and Supply Chain leaders to support the Senior Director/Chief of Staff in the successful adaptation of Supply Chain initiatives aimed at stabilizing, modernizing, and optimizing our operations. While this position does not have direct reports, the individual will be responsible for managing change and communication projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Communication Strategies: Implement a comprehensive communication and change playbook to enhance visibility and prioritize all initiatives impacting our distribution centers.

  • Facilitate Leadership Alignment: Organize monthly alignment meetings with leadership across DC Operations, HR, and Supply Chain VPs to prioritize initiatives requiring communication and change. Recommend trade-offs to prevent communication overload and ensure successful initiative adaptation.

  • Collaborate with Key Partners: Work closely with enterprise and Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness partners (Talent Development, Corporate Communications, Retail/Merchanting COS teams) to identify upcoming initiatives that require effective change management and communication practices.

  • Identify Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, objectives, and deliverables for initiatives. Analyze the impact of initiatives on stakeholders and develop tailored change and communication plans.

  • Measure Success: Create a measurement plan to evaluate the adoption of change and the effectiveness of communication efforts.

  • Develop Communication Content: Craft clear and impactful communication materials for supply chain leadership, both for internal and external audiences.

  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by advocating best practices for our communication playbook and providing training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management; experience in Supply Chain & Logistics is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for creating clear and impactful communications.

  • Up to 10% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in supply chain operations or logistics, which can provide valuable insights into the specific challenges and needs of the role.

  • Familiarity with established change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process) to effectively guide initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority, including engagement with senior-level leaders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to identify issues proactively and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges in communication and change management.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools that enhance productivity (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, Galle).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
