Job description
Receive, analyze, and answer all customers' enquires, and questions and send offers.
Conduct site visits to maximize spares enquiry generation and converting into order
To manage spare part Business in the region and achieve the defined target.
Maintain an accurate record of the active machine population.
Forecast the spare potential based on the maintenance schedule and generate the enquiry.
Arrange timely preparation and submission of documents including Offers, order processing
Ensure timely dispatches delivery of the spares
Ensure payment follow-up and collection for the spare order.
Close follow-up on the spare requisition generated by the service team on the field and arrange timely offers.
Maintain maximum offer-to-order conversion ratio.
Ensure regional target for aftermarket OB, Invoicing is achieved
Key Skills:
4-8 Years of experience
Professional holding a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Fluency in both written and spoken English
He/ She should demonstrate a high level of understanding of the machinery spare Sales and the customers, as well as the key issues affecting the market. Preferably rotary equipment like Blowers, pumps, and compressors
Ability to Travel Frequently
