Designation : Deputy Manager Customer Relationship

Qualification :

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 3-4 experience in same field.

  • Preference shall be given to Industrial order execution.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced customer relationship Dy. manager to be responsible for engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships, to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with existing clients .To be successful as a customer relationship manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular interacting with clients through telephone calls, email, etc.

  • Send Order Acknowledgement to the client & receivee Order acceptance.

  • Update projects status to the client’s time to time.

  • Follow up with clients for payments through telephone call, email & Letters etc.

  • Maintain clients records digitally.

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
