Accounts Payable Clerk

Do you have experience in Accounts Payable? Are you knowledgeable in the Manufacturing field? Have you used an ERP system? You can use those skills in this temp to perm Accounts Payable Specialist position. We are currently recruiting for someone skilled in AP primarily with some AR for a local manufacturing company in West Volusia. This is a highly technical environment with a fast paced accounting department with so many vendors. There are many layers to this accounting process which requires a fast learner and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable support to the Accounting Manager in a manufacturing facility

• Working with 1000+ Vendors

• Assisting with weekly check runs

• Daily data entry of vouchers

• Matching up invoices to packing slips

• Electronic filing

• Research client files for errors or issues

• Assist with some Accounts Receivables

• Using Excel and an ERP system
