Peak Performers IT Project Manager in De Soto, Kansas
Peak Performers has partnered with a consumer packaging company to assist in their search for an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technology projects to include initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Major duties
Formulate and oversee project blueprints, encompassing project scope, objectives, and outcomes.
Establish project timetables, allocate resources, and oversee advancement.
Correlate project aims with corporate objectives, ensuring the project team comprehends the targets.
Spearhead endeavors for ongoing enhancement and collaboration within the project team, through the restructuring of business methods and formulation of solutions.
Cultivate alliances with clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Handle concurrent management of multiple projects.
Construct and control financial plans.
Effectuate the deployment and integration of technological resolutions.
Provide guidance and leadership to project groups.
Oversee the process of issue recognition and its resolution.
Execute and regulate adjustments as needed to fulfill project results.
Oversee and report on project headway.
Administer all project documentation.
Appraise and evaluate the aftermath of the project.
What are we looking for?
Up to 10 years of experience as an IT project manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related area or equivalent experience
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
Theoretical and applied expertise in project management
Proficiency in methodologies and utilities
Track record as a project leader
Proficiency in strategic plotting and/or change administration
Profound critical analysis and solution provision
Exceptional judgment and adeptness in leadership
Accomplished conflict resolution background
Familiarity with business and IT strategies
About this position
Rate: $75,000-$95,000/year
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday/8am-5pm
Location: DeSoto, KS
