Job summary:

Join an amazing Talent Acquisition team dedicated to hiring and promoting the best talent to help Trane Technologies win! In this role you will own the entire recruiting process, utilize deep networking and sourcing skills to identify passive candidates, establish strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

This role can be 100% Remote or in any of company office. We have offices throughout the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and create appropriate short / long term recruitment strategies.

  • Build talent networks and candidate pipelines

  • Perfect job profiles to attract candidates

  • Creatively seek and attract diverse internal and external candidates

  • Evaluate and recommend the best candidates

  • Select the best candidate by facilitating effective interview debriefing sessions

  • Obtain acceptance of the position by initiating a comprehensive offer process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience required in lieu of a degree.

  • 3-5 years’ recruiting experience.

  • Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

  • Strong candidate assessment and in-person/virtual interviewing skills required, including ability to effectively evaluate candidate’s visibility for organization fit and fulfillment of position requirements.

  • Ability to collaborate, influence and lead change with leaders and other key partners.

  • Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $49,000-$90,000

Additional Compensation: Up to 10% Incentive
