Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Marketing organization, reporting to the Enterprise Marketing Strategy Leader. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans that inform campaign development. You should feel comfortable working both independently as well as collaborating with a cross-functional team including marketing, communications and functional experts.

This role has been designated as hybrid out of our Davidson location

Responsibilities:

  • Develops integrated marketing strategy and metrics for assigned program.

  • Leads planning and execution of campaigns within assigned program through collaboration with digital, content, PR, and communications teams.

  • Manages personas and insights for audiences within assigned program.

  • Engages with assigned stakeholders as marketing business partner, routinely presenting program metrics, insights, and opportunities for engagement.

  • Manages integrated plans to increase brand awareness and engagement at strategic events, such as Climate Week NYC.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility

  • Excellent written, communication, organization and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

  • Experience planning and leading initiatives; strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated creative ability and resourcefulness in generating new ideas and solving problems

  • Energetic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills that foster teamwork and collaboration

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Some knowledge of budget management, business operations and business acumen.

  • Experience managing agency partners, pricing, contracts, and legal reviews

  • Knowledge of marketing strategy in a complex business environment and demonstrated capability of aligning marketing strategies to complex and varying business needs

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and ability to apply them

  • Experience in employer brand or sustainability and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) marketing is a plus

Key Competencies:

  • Strong executive presence, networking, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage through influence.

  • Personal interest in sustainability, innovation, and ESG.

  • Background in product marketing or campaign management preferred.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Base Compensation Range is $92,200-121,800 Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
