We are currently hiring a Senior Systems Analyst, MES who will work closely with our factory teams to create value through innovative manufacturing solutions. The candidate shall develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes, and work in collaboration with IT Partners and Business Stakeholders to transform our shop floor operations through automated systems solutions and drive the adoption of standard work processes, and application functionality.

This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive common and standard system solutions within the IT/OT architecture per ISA-95 standard, with key focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SCADA systems.

  • Functionally responsible for every phase of the project lifecycle, requirements gathering and design, testing execution and documentation including performance testing, user training including process documentation, data cutover activities, and project stabilization.

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of Trane Technologies business processes driving process standardization as solutions are deployed.

  • Partner with Solution Architects to ensure design adherence with a focus on advanced manufacturing solutions that meet the highest cybersecurity standards.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product to assist with data preparation, analysis, and conversion.

  • Alignment with the Project Management Office to follow common processes, methodology and framework for implementation.

  • Partner with the Advanced Manufacturing teams, Solution Architects and Enterprise Architecture to pilot new solutions and technologies to accelerate Trane Technologies factory digitization and Industry 4.0 capabilities.

  • Act as a change leader, incorporating industry benchmarks and best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, manufacturing, engineering, or a similar discipline

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing manufacturing execution solutions, with Delmia Apriso preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience with manufacturing technology (e.g., PLM, ERP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SCADA, Manufacturing Bill of Materials).

  • Technical skills for evaluating proposed solutions, e.g., SQL, Scripting and Boolean rules an advantage. Experience with Model Based Enterprise, Digital Twin, and Digital Thread concepts a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience of business partnership success along with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.

  • Qualifications or equivalent work experience with Lean principles in IT (Agile Project Delivery, DevSecOps).

  • Detail oriented, analytical individual with an ardent desire to learn and has strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to gather facts and deliver succinct messages to all levels of leadership.

  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of geographical regions and cultures across the globe with travel up to 20% of the time.

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Base Pay Range : $117,000 to $148,000.
