Job Summary:

The Trane CHVAC sales organization is in search of a detail-oriented Sales Support and Administration Specialist with excellent communication skills. This role will support the Sales Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement teams to effectively manage sales programs and communications among other administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy tactical work. He or she will have a strong proficiency in administering programs, creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, managing content for our intranet, and effectively communicating with sales teams. This role can be remote or hybrid within one of our Trane offices.

R esponsibilities:

Sales Program Coordination and Administration:

  • Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries.

  • Manage program documentation, including program guidelines, participant lists, and program results.

  • Support the implementation of program-related technologies or tools.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Create and distribute engaging and informative email communications to sales teams.

  • Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other team-related documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, and resources required for programs.

  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, record minutes, and follow-up on action items.

  • Regularly update and maintain intranet pages with relevant news, announcements, guidelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in providing administrative support to teams, preferably in a sales or sales support function.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with intranet administration (SharePoint, FirstUp, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce) a plus.

Salary: $38,000-$82,000
