Job Summary:

The Trane Commercial HVAC Americas Sales Enablement team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Learning and Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating learning activities and onboarding for our sales team as well as coordinating regional sales meetings. Your ability to create engaging training programs and coordinate seamless meetings will contribute to the ongoing development and success of our sales organization.

The ideal candidate is super organized, detail oriented, and can work with limited supervision. He or she loves tactical work and enjoys having a variety of things to do, such as coordinating onboarding, planning big meetings, and overseeing learning programs for sales professionals. The role can be remote or hybrid in our Davidson, NC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Help design and develop effective learning content and training materials, both online and in-person, to support the ongoing development of our sales team.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales professionals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from Day 1.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales training programs, workshops, and webinars, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Organize and manage logistics for regional sales meetings, including venue selection, travel arrangements, accommodations, and catering.

  • Coordinate meeting agendas and content, working closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment with overall goals and objectives.

  • Oversee learning programs and certifications for sales teams on key initiatives.

  • Create engaging and informative training content in various formats, such as presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids as needed.

  • Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops, both on-site and virtually, delivering content in an engaging manner and encouraging participation, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating or delivering learning activities, preferably within a sales function.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience in coordinating and managing 200+ person meetings or events is preferred.

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, different learning methodologies, and learning management systems preferred.

  • Some travel to plan and coordinate regional meetings seasonally.
