As the Recruitment Marketing Program Leader at Trane Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving global, targeted recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage top talent, supporting our hiring goals. Your efforts will have a significant impact on our company's growth targets in a competitive job market, positioning us as a highly desirable destination employer.

This position is designated for a hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week based out of Davidson, NC.

What You Will Do:

  1. Develop Global Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, global recruitment marketing strategies. Showcase our unique value proposition to attract and engage a diverse talent pool.

  2. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and brand perceptions to inform strategies.

  3. Ensure Compelling Content: Partner with marketing teams to ensure job ads, recruitment content, and employee stories for various channels, highlighting our company values and opportunities.

  4. Channel Management: Promote jobs effectively utilizing various recruitment marketing channels such as global social media platforms, employer review sites, job boards, company and career websites, and advertising platforms.

  5. Optimize Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and report on digital recruitment marketing strategies to promote job openings, recruiting events, and programs.

  6. Vendor and Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to stay updated on recruitment marketing trends, technologies and best practices as well as to execute on built strategies.

  7. Analyze and Report Metrics: Measure and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize marketing budgets and strategies.

  8. Conduct Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors to benchmark and improve our recruitment marketing efforts.

What you will Bring:

  • Marketing Collaboration: Ability to work with different teams to align recruitment efforts with overall marketing strategy.Strong communication, collaboration, relationship building and influencing skills.

  • Recruitment Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in creating and executing global recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools such as candidate relationship management systems, social media management platforms, and programmatic job posting strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset to measure and interpret recruitment metrics; and facilitate data-driven decisions to continually improve strategies.

  • Adaptability and Time Management: Adaptable to changing priorities; and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational and Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Vendor Management: Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and budgets, including job boards, media placement, marketing agencies, and creative suppliers.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of demonstrated work experience in recruitment marketing and brand management.
