Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Product Management Function in our HVAC Supply Business Unit. This Product Manager will have ownership for share growth, margin expansion, and cash generation for equipment sold through our Supply Stores, including Light Commercial Unitary, Water Source Heat Pumps, Unit Heaters, and PTACS (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners). Key responsibilities will include managing product P&Ls, analyzing the business, working closely with key stakeholders on Sales enablement, along with pricing and model management execution. It also involves close collaboration with the Supply Retail Channel, our Commercial Business Unit, sales, marketing, demand planning, engineering, and customer support to ensure revenue goals are met.

There is preference to fill this position in Davidson, NC, Tyler, TX or La Crosse, WI but we are open to the greater Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or St Louis, MO metros as well. This position may include up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product P&Ls

  • Actively lead and manage Product Strategy for each of the product lines, along with day-to-day needs of each business, focusing on identifying and delivering profitable growth opportunities

  • Partner with Supply and Commercial Pricing teams to manage pricing strategy and execution, ensuring minimum price leakage and maximum profitability

  • Sales enablement activities, including training, coaching, tools/resources, marketing documents, and stocking strategy

  • Model management, including creation, obsolescence, and design-change management

  • Support of new equipment launches and product updates, upon rolling out from Commercial to Supply channel

  • Serve as PGT leader for Sourced products and extended PGT member for Commercial products

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS. MBA preferred but not required.

  • 5-10 years professional experience. Product Management experience preferred.
