Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to join our HR Solutions team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful adoption and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, project management, and ServiceNow configurations, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

ServiceNow HRSD Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and manage the product vision and strategy in partnership with HR IT stakeholders for the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

  • Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with technical and business priorities.

Change Management and Adoption Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive the adoption of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.

  • Develop training programs and materials to support end-user adoption and proficiency.

Project and Enhancement Management:

  • Manage the project and enhancement backlog, prioritizing based on business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure optimal design and delivery of solutions.

System Configuration and Implementation:

  • Lead system configuration projects, including discovery meetings, user story creation, workflow diagrams, requirement gathering, and documentation.

  • Oversee configurations, prototype review sessions, testing, deployment, and training.

  • Provide recommendations on post-launch support models.

Business Analysis:

  • Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements.

Vendor Management:

  • Perform vendor management activities, including contract management and critical issue resolution.

  • Coordinate vendor activities to ensure project success.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Effectively communicate with team members, partners, senior management, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide routine status reports to identified partners.

Release Management:

  • Support release management activities, including reviewing release summaries and readiness documents from solution vendors.

  • Identify enhancement solutions and impacts on downstream systems.

ServiceNow Upgrades:

  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, review pending updates, and lead testing for system upgrades.

Data Interfaces and Systems Integrations:

  • Partner with technology teams and third-party consultants to develop and deploy data interfaces and systems integrations.

HR Portal Management:

  • Manage the dynamic personalization of the HR portal for multiple employee personas to provide relevant content.

  • Serve as lead designer for creative efforts to develop and curate visually appealing portal or web page content.

  • Develop and manage the HR Portal content strategy and content-related priorities, including a comprehensive content framework that demonstrates the brand

Desired Experience:

  • Deep expertise and practical understanding of core human resources management and HR service delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills using various methods.

  • Familiarity with HR services.

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse collaborators.

  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution-oriented.

  • Team player willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management or technology configurations.

  • Hands-on configuration experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, including case management, knowledge base management, and portal management.

  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred.

  • Experience with various development methodologies for complex SaaS products.

  • Demonstrated experience with HR processes, preferably with HR operations/shared services.

  • Education with a concentration in human resources, operations, information technology, or a related discipline required.

  • Experience in developing and delivering content.

Compensation:

Base salary for this position is $120,000 to $170,000.

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
