The PMO Change Agent , Commercial Americas will collaborate across multiplelocations and cross functional teams to define, edit, communicate, and deploy business process improvements and/or changes that impact Business Unit [SBU] performance while aligning to or improving the Trane Technologies BOS. This role will facilitate, lead and Coach improvement activities from Stakeholder Alignment through deployment and Sustainment. They will keep Commercial Americas employees informed and connected during the change process. This change agent will drive activities that impact key company initiatives, increase employee engagement and drive business results with specific focus on Product Growth Teams and PDP Processes. The PMO Change Agent will support activities that connect across the entire life cycle of our products from Product Development to End of Life.

Where is the work:

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. Based on experience and qualifications, this role can also be remote.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate/Lead business specific KAIZEN events to define, design and align leaders to current and future state.

  • Lead implementation of standardized processes/workflows, training plan, and best practices across functional teams.

  • Coach Team Members through Improvement initiatives.

  • Understanding business functions in alignment with organizational priorities and audience needs.

  • Submit/Finalize/Communicate PDP video changes to formal LMS Annual Training Modules with Change Review (CRB).

  • Develop internal communications plans, timely and informative messages and presentations in support of key company initiatives, milestones and new offerings that will impact People leaders and employees.

  • Drive innovative communications tactics and plan, edit and write content to increase employee awareness and engagement, using a variety of channels (e.g. intranet, newsletter, email, video, digital signage, etc.).

  • Influence stakeholders in collaboration, communication, and execution.

  • Analyze internal and external benchmark processes and data to build opportunities.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Operational Excellence, Lean Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Product management or Marketing.

  • Bachelor of Science degree required

  • Lean Methodologies Certification required

  • Previous Experience with Product Development Process, New Product Development, Engineered to Order or Design to Order.

  • Ability to use and understand different communication avenues to ensure sustainability.

  • Excellent writing skills — both technical and creative/promotional proficiency.

  • Using benchmark data to define meaningful, measurable objectives that produce business outputs and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence team members and leaders through concise and coherent story.

  • Understanding when and how to use a variety of communication channels in the tactical approach.

  • Courage to raise issues when a roadblock is identified and provide coaching across all levels of the organization, down, over and up when needed.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $94,000 - $125,000

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
