This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days on site a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location.

The People Leader Development Lead will develop and lead the enterprise learning and execution strategies for leadership development and will serve as the enterprise learning partner to the Diversity & Inclusion team. This learning leader will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our organization’s current and future leaders through designing, implementing, and managing leadership development journeys that align with our enterprise strategies. They will work closely with internal training teams, diversity & inclusion and talent management colleagues, HR Business Partners, vendors, and stakeholders to identify needs and create tailored programs to enhance leadership skills at all levels, drive manager effectiveness, and foster our culture.

What you will do:

  • Develop curriculum and implementation strategies for learning and development for building the enterprise capability of leadership.

  • Lead, in partnership, the integration and sustainability strategies for comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion learning solutions.

  • Develop differentiated learning strategies including high potential development solutions.

  • Develop a learning and development strategy aligned to leader stages and leader transitions.

  • Lead a team of one or more Learning Managers responsible for developing and executing learning solutions.

  • Transform existing learning solutions by ensuring connectivity to our strategies and Leadership Principles while incorporating content, experiences, and community into our solutions.

  • Increase our capability to show performance impact and behavior change for our development solutions.

  • Manage a $1 million annual learning development tracing the return on our investment in learning.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development or Organization Development

• Applied expert knowledge in leadership development strategies and practices

• Advanced knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, evaluation methods, and online learning

• Management skills in leading teams

• Strong influencing skills of senior leaders

• Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting

• Experience with leadership assessment tools

• Strong time management and organization skills with the proven ability to prioritize work effectively under competing demands

• Ability to be flexible and manage through ambiguity

• Superior written, verbal and presentation skills

• Experience working in a global environment

• Strong knowledge of business operations and business acumen

The base pay for this positions is $110,000 to $155,000.

Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
