The Learning Manager, Enterprise Learning Solutions is responsible for the design, development and deployment strategies for learning targeted to all Trane Technologies employees. This role will manage a portfolio of learning which includes our annual global Legal, IT Security, HR and Finance compliance training, online orientation program, and other foundational global learning solutions.

Where is the work:

Hybrid:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

What you will do:

• Design, develop and manage the implementation, communication and reporting plan for the annual global compliance training program with strategic direction from the Global Business Integrity Council.

• Work closely with global Compliance Leaders and Works Councils to ensure that annual compliance training is reviewed and approved.

• Develop long-range strategies for compliance and required training by role for the enterprise to determine the skills and knowledge required to minimize risk in the organization.

• Manage the sustainability and enhancement of our existing enterprise learning portfolio of solutions and partner with internal and external partners as required to create new solutions.

• Measure the effectiveness of all solutions in the enterprise learning portfolio including business impact and comparisons to external benchmarks and utilize findings to enhance current solutions.

• Establish and manage key relationships and partnerships with external consultants, industry groups and vendors to ensure cutting edge development for Trane Technologies.

• Manage yearly, quarterly and monthly budget targets for program and solutions; negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and partners.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 7+ years of successful progressive experience in learning & development

• Adult learning expertise and strong familiarity with enterprise learning functions in a global organization

• Instructional design expertise and proven capabilities utilizing the ADDIE process

• Excellent organization consultative skills and the ability to work across business units, functions and regions

• Proven communications skills (written and verbal) with a global audience

• Direct experience in working with and influencing senior business leaders

• Strong business acumen and knowledge of business operations

• Excellent project and program management skills

• Data analytics capability and experience

• Skills in budgeting and forecasting

• Must be capable of working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed and changing environment

• Strong time management and organization skills with the proven ability to prioritize work effectively under competing demands

• Ability to be flexible and manage through ambiguity

• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $90,000 to 120,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
