Heading our Employee Relations Team, ensuring the highest standards of fairness, professionalism, and trust in the reporting and resolution process for allegations of employee misconduct. This role is not just a player/coach but a strategic leader with extensive experience in employee investigations and a profound understanding of investigative processes. Builds a consistent enterprise framework for the investigation and reporting process, establishing yourself as the trusted Center of Excellence (COE) expert within the region. Effectively managing risk for stakeholders, delivering a professional and respectful process that aligns with company values.

Where is the work:

Hybrid:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

*What you will do:  *

  • Develop and lead a highly engaged, effective investigations team, fostering a culture of trust, values, respect, and accountability.

  • Lead simple to large-scale, complex investigations from concern intake to resolution, employing a timely, organized, and thorough process.

  • Provide guidance on effective investigation approaches, collaborative resource use, and recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Organize and summarize investigation results for review with business leaders, including executives, the Ethics and Compliance Group (ECG), and legal teams.

  • Confirm case closure and ensure compliance with standard investigation case protocols, including security and data privacy.

  • Represent the company in court if required, leveraging substantial risk management experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations, policies, and practices.

  • Analyze data, gather intelligent insights, and drive continuous improvement in policy, training, and standard work to decrease repetitive concerns.

  • Build a consistent enterprise framework for the investigation and reporting process, establishing yourself as the trusted Center of Excellence (COE) expert within the region.

  • Effectively manage risk for stakeholders, delivering a professional and respectful process that aligns with company values.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations.Master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years conducting workplace investigations through the full concern lifecycle from intake to resolution.

  • Prior experience leading others and developing a high-performing team.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including executive positions.

  • Experience gathering, researching, and analyzing information to resolve complex employee relations issues.

  • Ability to travel domestically as needed, sometimes on short notice.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight timelines.

  • Advanced stakeholder management.

  • Effectively leads and engages others

  • Proven, in investigation techniques, processes and strong risk mitigation capabilities.

  • Well-versed in federal, state, and local employment law.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Effective communication and listening skills; curious and innovative in problem-solving.

  • Demonstrates sound critical judgment and decision-making skills, especially in complex and high-stakes situations.

  • High emotional intelligence and able to maintain composure and a calm demeanor

Compensation: *  *

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000.

Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
