This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location

Job Summary

The Global Change Leader will focus on aligning the organizational strategy of the company with its priorities, practices, and organizational systems to drive growth and deliver on our promised employee experience. You will create and deliver strategies and tailored actions focused on leading change initiatives and programs. Your work will help deliver what matters most across the enterprise, partnering with functional, regional and business unit leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and implements data-driven change initiatives related to business processes, culture, systems, and technologies.

  • Drives successful adoption of changes within the organization

  • Coaches employees, managers, and senior leaders on effective change management and leadership, organizational development and project management and leadership approaches, jointly developing change plans.

  • Facilitates change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption.

  • Designs and delivers comprehensive change and organization strategies & plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, knowledge transfer, end-user capability building and sustainability KPIs and metrics

  • Effectively uses lean tools and resources to develop intelligent insights and leads continuous improvement in processes, training and/or standard work to decrease repetitive concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Masters preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation, change management and leadership, organization design, organizational development, or similar large project deployment roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in a complex global organization.

  • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Base Compensation Range is $120,550 to $159,950

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
