Trane Technologies Customer Success Intern - Strategic Accounts in Davidson, North Carolina

Job Summary:

The Trane Supply Strategic Accounts Team is looking for a summer intern that would support our Salesforce adoption and utilization efforts as well as improve our data analytics capabilities. The internship would consist of a 12-week experience that will challenge and develop your technical, business, sales, leadership, and communication skills. The role would report to our Customer Success Manager and would interact with multiple functions and leaders within the business as well as Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build/maintain SalesForce / Tableau tools and dashboards to monitor and drive improved service levels to Strategic Accounts

  • Understand business priorities and stakeholder requirements in order to determine best solution

  • Operate in an agile fashion to deliver solutions to stakeholders

  • Lead MDI and MWI meetings for the Strategic Accounts Team utilizing the dashboards you’ve built

  • Partner with Strategic Account Team members to develop standard work associated for on-boarding, managing, and supporting Strategic Accounts

  • Provide data and analysis for custom requests of the Strategic Accounts Team/Customers

  • Develop and present complex, customized presentations of findings to leadership and field teams

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree – Preferred: Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar technical field

  • Lean thinking and tools experience preferred

  • Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Google Cloud experience preferred

  • Highly motivated with good planning, organization, and prioritizing skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
