Job Summary:

As a Customer Satisfaction Leader, this individual will develop, manage and communicate customer satisfaction across the Americas. They will scale programs across BUs to ensure consistency in design, execution, analysis and communication of insights. With expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and design thinking, this role will implement and optimize programs and support the business with actionable insights. As a strategic, innovative and solutions-oriented thinker, this role will guide the team's strategy, manage multiple satisfaction programs, and lead a team of insights professional(s).

Where is the work:

Virtual: This is a Remote position.

What you will do:

  • Independently manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, execution, analysis, recommendations, and presentation of results

  • Set and maintain a strategic research direction and roadmap.

  • Build foundational research for the Americas’ HVAC business to better understand the customer and competition.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to multiple teams across the business.

  • Proactively analyze internal and external data sources to provide insights to the organization.

  • Foster relationships with external and internal partners and establish credibility as a curious partner translating insights into strategies

  • Drive standard work and process excellence for the market & customer insights team

  • Lead a team who will also assist in managing customer satisfactions programs.

What you will bring:

  • BS degree required; MBA, Master's in Market/Customer Research, Psychology, preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in qualitative and quantitative primary research, ideally with deep experience in leading customer satisfaction programs.

  • Deep experience with marketing research tools such as Qualtrics, PowerPoint, Tableau and text analytics tools.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into simple narratives with actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Experience in coaching/managing people.

  • Strategic thinking and vision.

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and present simple stories.

  • Experience in report writing and presenting.

  • Continuous improvement (Lean/six sigma training) is a plus.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $138,750-160,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.

  • Ability to integrate diverse data sources, combining information from disparate sources for cohesive recommendation.

  • Excellent storytelling skills, effectively communicating insights through compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

  • Strong collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Skilled in coaching and developing talent in market research and strategic thinking, fostering growth and excellence.

  • Comfortable with change and skilled in prioritization, adapting to new circumstances and managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong influencing skills, able to shape strategic direction and drive positive change.

  • Strong people management and leadership skills
