Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef for our At School segment to support the western portion of United States. This position will have a focus on culinary training and coaching and be involved in the implementation of new brands and services. The Senior Area Executive Chef will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and will participate in the re-bidding and new sales processes for the segment.
**The ideal candidate will reside within an hour and a half of a major airport and must be open to 50-60% travel

What You Bring
a minimum of5 years experienceas a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities;
a knowledge of school age meal patterns (preferred);
a proven track record for developing, coaching, leading, and engaging culinary teams;
a strong culinary background;
excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and can implement company policies; and
strong management skills.

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
