Are you an experienced HR Professional that is looking for the right career? We are working with a client in Dallas that specializes in the food and beverage industry and is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to hit the ground running!
The ideal candidate will have proficient experience in all aspects of HR. This could include but not limited to, recruiting, on-boarding, payrolling, administrative skills and attention to detail will be key.Prior utilization of Paycom software would be PREFECT! Food and beverage industry experience is also a huge plus

Assist in creating and maintaining all HR functionality and required processes for the Company including but not limited to administering and managing the Company benefits, payroll, review process, and HR complaints
Assist in the entire documentation process for franchise transactions, including the creation, management and coordination of all required franchise documentation (e.g. franchise disclosure documents, statements of material change, franchise agreements).
Executive administrative support to the General Counsel
Coordinate travel arrangements for the General Counsel as required.
Maintain itineraries, provide personal schedules and provides daily reminders of meetings, preparations required, expense reporting, etc. for the General Counsel
Experience performing most aspect of HR
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism while working with deadlines.
Ability to handle and safeguard highly confidential material and correspondence.
Superior communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to use good judgment.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
