TIAA Director, Product Management in Dallas, Texas
Product Management
The Product Manager job reviews the marketing of assigned annuity products/services. This job reviews and assesses market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for annuity products/services. While managing large projects with limited supervision, this job reports sales forecasts and budgets and monitors sales volume, revenue, and costs against forecasts to ensure success of annuity products/services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strategizes product/service features to be changed in order to meet customer needs.
Monitors product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
Collaborates with other areas within products organization to implement changes.
Coordinates plans to improve the sales performance of annuity products/services.
Liaises with advertising specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the products/services that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the target audience.

Preferred Experience:
Track record of managing work to achieve initiative outcomes on time and within budget in a high pressure environment
Demonstrated skills and ability to establish innovative solutions to resolve business or product/service issues
Demonstrated experience communicating with internal and external clients; nurturing strong relationships
Experience working with Agile Development teams including exposure to Scaled Agile Framework Methodology
Understanding of recordkeeping for Pension, Retail, and other impacted lines of business
Strong knowledge of TIAA’s mission and lifetime income offer as well as organizational structure supporting offer across Enterprise

Base Pay Range: $108,800/yr. - $181,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
