6+ years working in a technical video production role. You must possess experience working with modern consumer and professional video formats and workflows.
Extensive and proven experience with Apple hardware and software.
Video production experience at an agency, film, or broadcast facility
Extensive experience creating and presenting project charters
Extensive experience developing and executing detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and other required project collateral following standard methodologies such as agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban
Solid experience successfully monitoring and tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans
Strong business approach. You ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Great communication and collaboration skills
Practical experience with creating custom scripts (Python, shell) or maintaining existing ones
Experience with networking, servers and IT infrastructure is required
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
You follow through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow team members
You can manage, administer, and organize large, complex project activities from beginning through completion.
You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and maintaining development scripts, or helping our developers when needed.
Description
As a member of the Technical Production Services group, you will play a critical role in helping us stay on track and to deliver high quality solutions to automate, optimize and develop tools to support the larger Marcom Video production team. - You will define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution - Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process - Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status. Identify and resolve conflicts - Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security - You understand new technology while working with our engineering teams to define, schedule, track and communicate status of all work taking place within those teams - Must be able to perform regular design and code reviews and anticipate debugging - Ensure all our projects are documented and easily accessible by the entire team - Participate in architectural design meetings - Understanding of software development and strong interest in user experience is a requirement
