CVS Health Manager, Third Party Finance – Accounting/Analytics in Cumberland, Rhode Island

Job Description

This position is responsible for all budgeting and forecast responsibilities associated with Third Party Finance as well as the oversight of the calendar close for expense and revenue lines. - Manage one professional team member.- Work with Third Party Operations to create annual budgets and prepare presentation materials for Senior Management.- Prepare quarterly forecasts of various items including Third Party Accounts Receivable, Copay Receivable, Processing Fees, Waiting Bin Revenue Recognition, as well as Third Party and Audit Sales Adjustments.- Provide month end reporting and variance analysis of actuals for senior management presentation. - Partner with team members to create month end accruals for revenue and expense items.- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support the Gross Margin Accounting, Third Party Operations teams, Payer Relations and any other team as needed.- Update and enhance current models to incorporate changes to the business.- Work with team members to automate and streamline processes to increase efficiency in reporting.- Develop staff to create a pool of talent that can be promoted to fill other department or company needs.- Complete ad hoc requests and presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years prior experience in financial analysis and finance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP and other analytical tools- Proven team player with strong oral and written communication skills. - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to work under tight deadlines.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. - Ability to supervise and train staff.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics
