CVS Health Manager, Compliance Budgets and Forecasting in Cumberland, Rhode Island

Position Summary

This position follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite and two days remote per week located in Cumberland, RI

CVS Health’s Compliance Administration team is seeking a finance-focused manager accountable for CVS Health’s Corporate Compliance budgeting, forecasting, analysis, & reporting. The role largely supports corporate expense management focused on the Enterprise Security group within Compliance. The manager oversees the invoicing and Purchase Order process, monthly accrual process, and vendor relationships in support of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an operationally minded business focused problem solver, with experience in analyzing financial opportunities and risks. This candidate must be able to work cross functionally to support other teams such as Enterprise Security Operations, Technical Security Operations, Asset Protection, and Corporate Finance with a high degree of accuracy. A background in financial reporting and forecasting, with knowledge of Accounts Payable processes would be keys to success in this role.

This position is a hybrid role, based in Cumberland, RI – the expectation is to be physically in the RI office three days per week. This manager role reports to the Lead Director, Compliance Budgeting & Strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of budgeting experience analyzing opportunities and risks associated with budget development.

  • 5+ years of financial and operational experience working with other departments and stakeholders understanding their priorities and needs.

Education : Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Budget/Forecast experience - understanding budget assumptions, opportunities, risks, and variance analysis.

  • Knowing what data is needed and advantages and limitations of various systems when pulling needed data.

  • Skill in educating non-financial business partners in budgeting and accounting policies and procedures.

  • Experience operating in a complex fast paced environment – manage multiple priorities while successfully meeting critical deadlines.

  • Moderate to Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office Tools; Usage of SharePoint and Smartsheet.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and excellent customer service, analytical, and quantitative skills.

  • Experience with SAP (S4 Hana, Fiori, AO)

  • Able to work with cross functional teams to accomplish objectives.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
