CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead and manage all financial aspects of immunizations, 340B, and Pharmacy Services. This is a leadership position within a fast-paced environment providing the right individual an opportunity to support the business in successfully delivering both long- and short-term trade procurement financial targets. This is a hybrid role and role will report directly to the VP, Pharmacy FP&A.

Track record of building strong business relationships in a highly matrixed environment using strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
Ability to drive strong financial outcomes partnering with the business.
Effective communication skills with the expertise to understand the details and transform them into a business driver-based narrative for leadership.
Strong work ethic is a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for:
Managing business relationships with Immunization, 340B, and Pharmacy Services leadership and working product teams as well as matrix finance partners.
Leading the financial planning and forecasting in partnership with the business leadership to set achievable stretch financial goals.
Ensuring business partner accountability through regular tracking and reporting of actionable metrics and results to ensure successful achievement of financial goals.
Partnering with broader Retail Finance team to ensure appropriate assumptions related to all components of the economic model are layered into the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Supporting robust business case development to ensure capital dollars are being utilized to maximize and deliver both short and long term strategic and financial goals.
Required Qualifications
10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a business-related discipline.
Strong analytical knowledge base and financial acumen, with proven ability to vision, strategize, and develop actionable tactics against key facts and data insights.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to successfully balance business priorities and maintain a sense of urgency.
Ability to problem solve, identify, and remove roadblocks, triage, and prioritize issues.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This is a hybrid role located in either Cumberland, RI or Downers Grove, IL
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
