Position Summary Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health and ourdynamic Asset Protection team? As a Distribution CenterAsset Protection Manager you will be responsible for thedevelopment and implementation of various LossPrevention policies and programs designed to safeguardpersonnel, property, merchandise, facilities and otherassets. In addition, this position is responsible for thedevelopment and implementation of safety policies andprograms designed to provide a safe environment for allemployees. The development, coordination andcommunication of Loss Prevention and Safety carried outwith a global perspective conducive to CVS operatingphilosophy. Ensure the adherence to Loss Preventionpolicy and procedure relating to distribution safety and losscontrol.

This role is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Must be flexible to work weekends/evenings if needed

Responsibilities:Oversee inventory results and root cause impact on storeload credit for front storeUnderstand and solve for RX gain/expense• Manage, coordinate (in conjunction with DCManagement) and control activities relating to assetprotectionand loss containment.• Manage and promote employee safety awareness toinclude, but not limited to, accident prevention, employeeawareness and education, safety incentives andhousekeeping/sanitation programs that are in accordancewithestablished company guidelines.• Manage the quality control and assumed receiptsprogram.• Conduct investigations and interview personnel involvedin actual or suspected theft or other criminal acts.• Maintain and monitor burglar and fire alarm systems.• Review personnel, visitor and contractor logs daily toensure compliance with identification badge and sign inand out procedures.• Administer and manage lock and key control systemsand investigate loss or theft of assigned keys.• Manage the Safety Incentive and Alternate DutyPrograms within the facility.• Maintain record of lost time injuries and meet regularlywith insurance carrier to review worker’s compensationcases.• Conduct orientations for new hires and provide trainingand education to employees on Asset Protection andSafetyprograms and procedures.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with StoreOperations, Legal, Purchasing, General Accounting, LossPrevention, and Safety Programs and procedures.• Administer company policies and procedures in a fair andconsistent manner.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with allwarehouse departments and promote teamwork within thefacility.• Actively support and participate in company sponsoredprograms and events, task force groups and serve aschairperson of various committees, if needed.• Continually review, analyze and evaluate the adequacyand effectiveness of protection policies and procedureswithin the DC.• Manage the execution of capital and expense purchaseswithin budgetary guidelines.• Participate in or take direct accountability for otherduties/activities as directed/requested by upperManagement.• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications • 3+ years of management and or supervisoryexperience coaching, training and developing of staff• 3+ years of experience conducting legal andethical interviews and investigations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Loss Prevention experience within a distribution centerenvironment preferred* LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certificationspreferred* Understanding of Government Regulatory expectations(OSHA,DEP, FDA) is preferred

• Ability to work in seasonally warm and cool workenvironment.• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

Education

High school diploma/GED required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
