CVS Health Training Program Owner II in Connecticut

WFH - Continental USHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST some flexibility. Travel: possible 10%-25% for offsite worksites or training. CVS Health is on a mission to transform healthcare. An out of the box thinker with a growth mindset. Basic business acumen and ability to maneuver and scale to a changing environment is necessary for success. You will actively seek out innovate learning solutions that will deliver engaging, measurable, and effective learning experiences for colleagues supporting Plan Sponsor Services.The Training Program Owner responsibilities include but not limited to:• Analyzes business opportunities to identify when training is a solution• Ensure the correct training program design for maximum business impact and performance results• Evaluates program effectiveness and learner performance using key performance indicators• Aligns as a key, strategic partner with business and HR stakeholder up to Senior Leader levels• Partners with others to deliver curriculum assets• Able to apply sound instructional design in the development of curriculum for various job functions• Tracks project plan, data and requirements using production tools Key Competencies include:• Expert ability to communicate with and influence others• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience connecting key performance measurements (KPM's) to a continuous learning strategy• Knowledge of adult learning principles and design strategies• Experience designing effective program evaluation strategies to the L3 and L4 levels• Ability to breakdown complex processes into scalable and digestible chunks for learning working in a remote environment• Strong sense to identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific to the business landscape• Comfort operating and collaborating in a remote work environment• Strong leadership skills• Strong collaborator with active listening skills• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment• Be self motivated

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 100,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft office suite• 2+ years in designing curriculums• 2+ years Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Learning and Development experience in a corporate business setting• Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, Sr. Management, and Subject Matter Experts (SME's)• Prior experience working in Plan Sponsor Services or healthcare• Experience with Microsoft 365 (i.e. SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills• Experience in developing, evaluation and updating training materials

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years relevant work experience with subject matter expertise in Instructional Design and Delivery
