CVS Health Strategic Sales Marketing - Senior Manager in Connecticut

Job Description

The Strategic Sales Marketing - Senior Manager, reports to the Lead Director, Strategic Sales Support. In this role, you will partner closely with New Business Sales and Account Management colleagues to create compelling, personalized presentations for finalist, renewal, and strategic meetings. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and have experience collaborating with Sales/Account Executives as well as senior leaders. Ability to align content to value story and differentiated messaging, and coordinate with design partners for high-quality presentations, are a must for success in this role. The successful candidate will be a confident and relationship-driven individual who works effectively across cross-functional teams, enjoys creating and enhancing compelling presentations, likes to problem solve and find new ways to improve processes. Responsibilities:• Provide strategic consultation to sales leads and support the creation of compelling, client-centric/personalized presentations to effectively address the meeting agenda• Refine and execute finalist meeting materials (primarily PowerPoint presentations and microsites) for high-value clients and prospects • Manage meeting/presentation pipeline and communicate proactively to other impacted departments• Manage and produce reports regularly on finalist/strategic meeting activity, including wins/results across segments• Drive sales awareness of marketing content, consulting on HighSpot pages/content, as well as best practices for finalist meeting preparation, to promote self-service; collaborate closely with Sales Enablement partners for sales training• Evaluate finalist meeting content periodically, and provide consultation to Content Marketing for needed enhancements and filling of gaps• Identify, develop and produce client case studies for use in finalist meetings and other Marketing campaigns, in partnership with Account team as well as creative team (writer)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

5+ years strategic marketing sales support5 years collaborating with Sales/Account Executives as well as senior leaders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
