Ohio State University Sr Business Analyst - Reporting in Columbus, Ohio

Summary of Duties:

The Business Analyst (Report Focused) will be a part of the Enterprise Business Solutions Business Enablement team and will assist in the support of Workday Finance and Supply Chain reporting. This Business Analyst position will assist in the support and continuous improvement of business processes of the Workday Finance and Supply Chain workstreams through the development, monitoring and enhancement of Workday reports. Under general guidance from Business Enablement Team leadership, the Analyst contributes to the creation of deliverables of the highest quality and presents leading practice solutions for Ohio State.

The Analyst will support the objectives of the Business Enablement team, document processes and requirements, perform system configuration, coordinate, plan and execute testing efforts, and use a variety of project management tools to track and report status and progress. The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, critical thinker, motivated with a positive attitude, and able to work independently to gather and evaluate data.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 4 years of relevant experience required; Demonstrated experience in developing Workday reports including Composite Reports. Workday Prism and/or FDM experience desired. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and tasks, is required. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members and others.

Desired Qualifications:

4-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Strongly prefer candidates with demonstrated comprehensive experience with Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes and functions. Strongly prefer candidates that have experience with complex, large-scale ERP, preferably cloud ERP/specifically Workday. It is preferred that the candidate has a background with higher education, and/or with healthcare/academic medical center experience. Also prefer candidates with PMP, CAPM, Lean/Six Sigma.

Target Salary: $79,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually
