Member Communications Senior Analyst / Consultant

Position Summary:This highly visible role within the Care- Client Services Team will be responsible for managing a financial budget, for several programs and the accompanying financial analysis. This person will also be responsible for preparation and dissemination of key financial document within Care/ Client Service Group and Finance. The position interacts primarily with Sr Manager, Directors, Program Management and Analytics team for internal financial management activity and also with Corporate Finance managers for external financial reporting requirements.

Job Description-Lead role in the management of Cost Center expenses related to Caremark Driven programs such as Regulatory, Contractual, Client Value Communications, Pharmacy Advisor, Specialty, Member Experiences.- Ensure all corporate policies around expense and capital projects are adhered to and efforts are coordinated.- Work with Print Production, Program Managers, Marketing, and vendors to ensure that all invoices accurately reflect the production for the month; work with Finance to post month end accruals from information obtain from outside vendors.- Ensure that all forecasts for budgetary line items are accurate, coordinated with Program Managers and that they have been communicated to Finance within appropriate guidelines.- Preparation of monthly financial performance dashboard, which includes volume reporting, cost trend analysis and expense performance. This includes maintaining a strong rapport with the Program Managers to ensure appropriate communication on performance drivers to be included in dashboard.- Produce other timely and accurate reporting, with a continued focus on finance efficiency and performance, i.e., per piece pricing for all communication channels- Consolidation and preparation of annual budgeting process for all member communications across the PBM enterprise- Prepare presentations for Executive Management detailing financial performance, financial efficiency, program efficiency, etc.- Various department projects to support team goals.

Required Qualifications:• Minimum 3-5 years related financial accounting experience.• 3-5 years experience with strong analytical and technical skills with a proven ability to produce results with a high degree of accuracy.• Demonstrated history of leadership and the ability to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization, including Senior Management.• Strong PC skills, include extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Education:• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
