Summary of Duties:

This position will provide administrative support for a behavioral health workforce development grant through the College of Social Work. The grant will provide 250 hours of virtual training to behavioral health professionals across the state of Ohio and coordinate a learning collaborative for crisis center staff for the purposes of professional development. Responsibilities for moderating live virtual trainings include scheduling trainings, the coordination of trainers, completing audiovisual checks with presenters, managing webinar chat and Q&A, and live communication with attendees. Post training responsibilities may include simple video editing, satisfaction survey development and distribution, posting trainings on YouTube, and post-communication with trainers and attendees.

This position will also provide support for the coordination of a learning collaborative convening behavioral health staff working in a crisis center environment. Responsibilities will include scheduling virtual meetings, communicating with collaborative members, hosting virtual meetings, taking detailed notes, and distribution of information to collaborative members.

Successful candidates will have customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and the completion of required reporting regarding training attendance and participation. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable speaking on camera in virtual meeting settings.

This is a remote position. The successful candidate will be required to have a quiet workspace with strong internet connection.

Required Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Zoom; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong attention to detail; ability to work autonomously.

Desired Qualifications:

At least one year in customer service; proficient in Zoom and moderating webinars (regardless of platform); experience with simple video editing, Qualtrics, YouTube, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Asana.

Target Salary: $36,900.00 - $52,000.00 Annually
