Job Description

World Wide Technology is seeking Executive Level Leadership to assist in expanding and scaling it's Digital Transformation Efforts. Candidates should have creditable Professional Services experience in Delivering Complex Services Engagements in pulling multiple technology and work streams together to create an overall solution. Ultimately, building Next Generation Technical Solutions that resolve both the Technical and Business Requirements of our Customers. To achieve this task candidates must have the capability to work effectively within the OEM Environment, Work across multiple Technical Practices, & create solutions that span from Advisory Services to Managed Services. Candidates must have the ability to speak at the "C" Level and coordinate the engineering teams access multiple technologies to ensure the right individuals are communicating effectively. Project & Program Management skills are a base requirement of this position as well as extensive experience in P&L Management. Candidates should have extensive Professional Services Management Experience with a Long History of Program Management.

  • Excellent understanding of financial & cost control practices

  • Continuous focus and drive for services improvements

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to implement change

  • Work directly with sales, project managers, & deployment resources to ensure flawless execution of our implementations

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA's are achieved

  • Manage schedule, scope and milestone performance

  • Monitor/manage the day-to-day aspects of projects

  • Proper staffing & utilization management

  • Issue resolution and risk mitigation

  • Continued focus on methodologies & process improvement

  • Review of project deliverables
