Pfizer Senior Manager, TUKYSA HCP Marketing in Collegeville, Pennsylvania

ROLE SUMMARY:

Breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting women in the US, and IBRANCE, our first-in-class CDK 4/6 inhibitor, along with TUKYSA, our best-in-class HER2 TKI, have been prescribed to over 200,000 patients since launch. In 2024, these two medicines will contribute >$3.5B in net revenue to Pfizer Oncology and continue to be market leaders in their respective settings despite intensifying competition. In addition, Pfizer Oncology is preparing to launch two novel medicines in breast cancer in the next two years, along with several indication expansions.

This Senior Manager, TUKYSA HCP Marketing position is a key opportunity for a talented marketing colleague who likes to solve complex business challenges in a competitive marketplace. This colleague will have an integral role on the HCP Promotional team by leading and supporting a number of critical commercial initiatives. This individual must be able to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, proactively anticipate and mitigate individual and team obstacles, be solution-oriented, and actively contribute to the positive team culture.

This role provides exposure to various parts of the larger commercial organization and multiple marketing functions. In this position, an individual will primarily be responsible for ownership of the brand's congress strategy and execution and will help support the development of innovative digital/media initiatives. This role requires strong strategic and analytical thinking, clear and concise communication skills, lateral leadership, proficient project management skills, vendor management expertise, creativity, and a proven track record of success working on a large matrix team. This role also requires significant involvement with the broader US Commercial team, Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, TLELs, Agency partners, and various other internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the congress strategy and tactical execution-working closely with the company's internal congress team, Thought Leader Engagement Liaisons (TLELs), and the external congress vendor

  • Lead the development of print, digital, and media assets for congresses and conventions to reflect our new HCP Campaign

  • Lead congress-specific Field-Facing Communications with a strong focus on Sales

  • Support NPP Lead by creating assets to reflect the HCP Campaign, positioning, and messaging in certain media channels

  • Manage the coordination of work across multiple vendors

  • Partner with HCP Directors to identify innovative brand opportunities in personal and non-personal promotion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required and Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Ability to quickly identify insights and develop impactful strategies & tactics

  • Strong project management skills, including ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan

  • Has deep analytics fluency, continuously monitors insights, and has a test-and-learn, iterative mindset

  • Leads efforts to develop innovative and integrated digital omni-channel strategies to build proficiency in Customer Experience; develop tactics to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers, with interconnected and consistent provider journeys across solutions

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership among peers and internal stakeholders

  • Experience in creating tailored ways of engaging with external stakeholders

  • Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace

  • Demonstrate Pfizer's Core Values of Excellence, Equity, Courage, and Joy, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing experience

  • US marketing experience preferred

  • Experience managing a portfolio of brands

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate and enhance plans

  • Fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamand lead colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship through influence and persuasion.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and complex "white space" environments

  • Agile mindset; Track record of pushing boundaries and not accepting status quo, finding ways to deliver in the face of accelerated deadlines

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Domestic travel of up to 25%

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
