Overview: The College of Business at Stony Brook University invites applications for an Adjunct Lecturer of Marketing. A suitable candidate will have expertise teaching introductory level marketing courses (i.e., Marketing Principles) and will be available to teach in our evening MBA courses on campus Wednesday evenings and in the Saturday immersion experience for our MBA program. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in marketing (current needs lie in the MBA area of Marketing). Develop course content and materials in accordance with college and area guidelines Provide academic support and guidance to students Participate in departmental meetings and activities as required Required Qualifications: Minimum of a master's degree Marketing (foreign equivalent or higher) (e.g., ABD in a PhD in Marketing). Prior experience or demonstrated ability to teach in an educational institution. Preferred Qualifications: PhD level experience in marketing or publication experience to qualify for accreditation (as SA).
