Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager for Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont. The Retail Manager is an excellent position for a hands-on professional who is customer-service driven in a fast-paced, university/hospitality service environment. Ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience (franchise experience a plus) and excellent communication skills. This role is heavily focused on service, training, financial, safety, and human resources .

Saint Michael’s location is the ideal place. We are just outside of Burlington, a quintessential beautiful college town located between Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. The best qualified candidate will experience with the following:

• College/University Retail

• Training and leading a large management staff (union experience a plus)

• Purchasing, food/labor costs and managing budgets

• Food and physical safety programs

• Service standards and customer satisfaction

• Human resources standards for managing and developing a thriving team
