Alaant Account Executive in Clifton Park, New York
Alaant Workforce Solutions is thrilled to partner with an innovative marketing solutions and design organization to hire an Account Executive. In this role, you will sell in face-to-face marketing environments, develop long-term strategies for clients' experiential marketing programs, and build strong client relationships. Hours and Benefits for the Account Executive:
Monday-Friday
Travel required
$50,000 base pay plus aggressive commission

Responsibilities for the Account Executive:
Sell face-to-face marketing environments and develop long-term strategies for clients' experiential marketing programs.
Work closely with clients to prepare and present proposals, concepts, and storyboards, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of client contacts.
Identify client needs and assemble the best team for project execution, collaborating with freelancers, vendors, and partners.
Manage contracts to clearly document project scope, cost, and client expectations.
Achieve sales targets by developing a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking and prospecting. Document all activities in the company CRM.
Requirements for the Account Executive:
Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in outside sales within the fabrication and trade show/exhibit industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel and promote services at various events
