CVS Health Product Manager - Chatbot in Chicago, Michigan

Job Description

  • Position can be based anywhere in the U.S.bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges, is currently seeking a Product Solution Lead. The Product Solution lead works with our Product Management team to become the subject matter expert for the team and contribute to scope and solution product enhancements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Subject Matter Expert.- Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions. - Contribute to product specifications to help define feature and functionality requirements. - Provide Mentorship to the SCRUM team- Perform detail reviews of solution during SCRUM refinements

Required Qualifications

  • Technical background, with experience in troubleshooting software issues- Excellent teamwork skills- Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel are critical- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment- The ability to work well both individually as well as with others and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant digital experience with data, omni-channel capability, or search/chatbotsExperience in the health care and benefits admin industry- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Neo4j


  • Bachelor's degree- 3 to 5 years analysis and solutioning experience
