Work Experience: 12+ years
Education Qualification: B.E/M.E/MCA
12+ years of experience working with C#, .NET, WPF in developing Desktop & Web applications.
Develop and manage well-functioning databases (like My SQL and MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012) and applications
In-depth knowledge and experience in design, development and publishing as well consuming of secured Web Services, REST API Services.
Experience in Python, Django, Flask, Ruby in Windows and Linux environments
Good Experience in Data Analytics
Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Good understanding of Unit test tools (NUnit)
Good analytical and logical skills to break down requirements and solve complex problems.
Good Communication and Teamwork skills.
Experience in Object oriented Concepts.
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle like Agile.
Experience in Software Version Control System like Tortoise SVN, Perforce
Experience in Defect Tracking Tools like Jira, Bugzilla
Ownership of project delivery
Good knowledge on AWS Redshift, SQLite, CI/CD pipeline and deployment, Oracle, deployment automation
Experience with Agile methodologies and process is a plus
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (ex. HTML/CSS, JS, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of MVC concepts
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, AWS); Web Servers (eg. Apache, IIS); UI/UX design

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for a sub group within the team /unit or division of a SBU/Product Platform
Enables and implements actions as per the plan for the respective function.
Will participate in determining goals and objectives linked to the functional strategy.
Capable of working independently in multiple projects and coach/mentor Associate Tech Leads, Senior Engineers/Engineers/GETs/PGETs/Interns on products and processes.
Can functionally lead a team without PMP responsibilities
Has the ability to collaborate with the peers from different teams and apply best practices.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to prepare plans/schedules for the assigned work
Ability to plan/forecast the project related risks and work out mitigation plans
Ability to actively contribute to innovation and prototype development/POCs
Capable to do design reviews/code reviews/test case reviews/test plan reviews/automation script reviews, as applicable
Responsible for concept reviews, critical Design Reviews, other technical discussions with customers/stake holders as required
Should be independent and able to make decisions with experience,Interact and manage the cross functional & cross regional teams in meeting QDC
Contribute to architecture, design and software refactoring
Understand field issues and provide necessary support
Gaining Knowledge on other related products/ COMPETITORS products
Is a go to person in his/her area of expertise.
Supports immediate Manager in Team initiatives, team management, planning etc.,
Should be able to effectively drive the team towards innovation goals and mentor the team for developing proof of concepts.
Act as a consultant and provide guidance to the Tech Leads in architecture & design, and in addressing complex issues
Define product implementation strategy and recommend engineering approach
Participate in discussions with stakeholders for new technology initiatives in ETC working across SBUs
Contribute to the system engineering capability within the team by collaborating across project teams
